SJ+DJ test - it is being applied during the whole preparatory stage
Description
- It gives us information about the level of training of the tested person at the beginning of his preparation
- It gives us information about the change in the power (dynamic and static) of the person tested as a time function of an anaerobic work regime
- We get information about the physical condition of the person tested
- On these grounds, after some data from other tests have been added, a “computer version” of the tested person is worked out
We get information about the condition of the locomotory system and the systems of joints and muscles

- Non-professional sportsmen - for everyone who has decided to reduce his/her body weight and to lessen the level of their body fat. Through the test, we have the opportunity to choose the most proper scheme for dosed physical exercise
- Bodybuilding - it is included in the stage, where one works for muscle mass
Results and analysis
- Using the “computer version” we have the opportunity to prescribe the most precise exercise dose, with which the preparation of a sportsman starts
- The “computer version” is always the guiding one when determining the doze of the exercise. But it is obligatory to add the data from the BIA MUSCLE MASS
- Considering the test data, we safeguard the sportsmen against traumas
- Everything which has been said up to now, is presented on the chart
Equipment
- Mobile POWERPOINT - the medical team of Prevent in collaboration with the trainers’ team applies the test/tests during the time of training. This way, we get most accurate information about the condition of the persons examined with no change in the training plan
Summary
- In no way, the data given by the medical team of Prevent, and the interpretation of this data, do not oblige the trainers’ team to change its style of work. Our task is to provide most detailed information about the condition of the sportsman and to give our own assessment. All the rest is the trainer and his team’s decision
